Plans are switched right from the dashboard, and payment methods, invoices, and cancellation live in the Stripe customer portal. Usage warnings arrive at 80, 90, and 95 percent of quota, and the hard stop at 100 percent fails open with a safe allow, so the worst case is an upgrade decision, never a broken form or a surprise invoice.
Fair questions about paying
What happens if I go over my quota?
You are warned by email and in the dashboard at 80, 90, and 95 percent. At 100 percent the API keeps answering with a safe response: HTTP 200, checked false, action allow. Your forms keep working, nothing is billed beyond your subscription, and there is no overage invoice, ever. Upgrade when you are ready.
What counts as a check?
Each address you submit counts once, including each address inside a batch call. The free demo on the homepage is never billed. Checks made on the Free plan count toward the Free plan quota. Over-quota safe responses with checked false do not count either.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Plan changes happen right in the dashboard, and payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are handled in the Stripe customer portal. No email thread required.
Do all plans really include every feature?
Yes. Every tier gets the full engine: all signals, the enforcement policy, allow and block lists, the snippet, the batch endpoint, webhooks, and team seats. Plans differ only in volume, seats, and rate limits.
